Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2.Place egg in bowl with 1/2 teaspoon salt and beat lightly. Add butter and milk and stir in flour with a fork to form a dough. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead lightly.
3.Roll dough out thinly into a 28 x 38cm oblong. Spread with spinach, leaving a 2.5cm border. Top with Savoury Mince.
4.Starting from long edge, roll dough up loosely to enclose filling. Moisten ends with water and pinch together to seal. Using a sharp knife, cut into 2cm slices. Arrange on prepared tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden. Serve.
