Beef and mushroom
1.Heat half oil in a wok on high. Stir-fry beef in two batches, 1-2 minutes each. Transfer to a bowl.
2.Heat remaining oil in wok on medium. Stir-fry onion, garlic and ginger 2-3 minutes until golden. Add mushrooms and corn, stir-fry 1-2 minutes until corn is almost tender.
3.Return beef to wok with peas, sauces and sugar. Bring to boil and stir-fry 1-2 minutes, to heat through. Serve with rice or noodles if liked.
Look out for mixed mushroom packs. We used shiitake, oyster and shimeji (or nameko).
