1.Place sesame seeds in large frying pan over a medium heat. Cook, stirring, until browned lightly. Transfer to a small bowl.
2.Brush pork fillet with char siu sauce. Heat oil in same large frying pan. Cook pork, turning occasionally, until browned all over and just cooked through. Transfer pork to a warm plate. Cover; stand 5 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, place noodles in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand 2 minutes. Drain well.
4.To make dressing: combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar shake well.
5.Slice pork thinly and combine with noodles, cabbage, snow peas, carrots, chives and dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
