Method
1.Combine oil, garlic, mustard, lemon juice and thyme in large bowl; add chops, turn to coat in marinade. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2.Drain chops; cook on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
3.Serve chops with vegetables of choice and extra mustard, if you like.
