Method
1.Make two deep cuts in thickest part of each chicken piece.
2.Combine remaining ingredients in large shallow dish; add chicken, mix well. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
3.Drain chicken over medium bowl; reserve marinade. Barbecue (or grill or char-grill) chicken until browned all over and cooked through, brushing with reserved marinade occasionally during cooking.
