Method
1.Place chicken in a shallow dish. In a jug, combine vinegar, oil and garlic. Pour over chicken. Marinate 15-20 minutes, basting occasionally.
2.Preheat barbecue or char-grill on medium. Cook chicken, basting with marinade, 5-10 minutes. Cool slightly. Slice and transfer to a bowl.
3.Char-grill corn 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender. Transfer to a board. Slice off kernels.
4.Combine corn and remaining ingredients with chicken in a bowl. Drizzle with extra balsamic and oil. Toss gently before serving.
Dark or white balsamic vinegar may be used in this recipe.
