Method

1.In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil on high. Stir-fry garlic and chilli 1 minute.
2.Add vegetables. Stir-fry 3 minutes, until just wilted.
3.Stir in oyster sauce, water and soy sauce. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are cooked to taste. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
