Ingredients

Method

1.Blend or process anchovies, oil, juice, garlic and thyme until smooth.
2.Transfer to small bowl; stir in the boiling water.

Keep, covered, in the refrigerator for up to one week. Serve the dips with raw or lightly steamed vegetables, bread sticks or crackers.
