1.Combine pear, rind and juice in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate 15 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave snow peas until just tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
3.Gently toss pear mixture, snow peas and watercress in large bowl. Serve topped with cheese balls.
4.To make cheese balls; combine cheeses and herbs in small bowl. Roll level teaspoons of mixture into balls. Combine curry powder and paprika in small bowl; gently toss half of the cheese balls in curry mixture until coated.
We used corella pears for this recipe. You will need a bunch of watercress weighing about 350g in total to yield the leaves required for this salad.
