Method

1.Preheat a char-grill or barbecue plate over moderately high heat.
2.Toss oil, corn, eggplant, zucchini and garlic in a large heatproof bowl; season. Char-grill vegetables, in 2 batches, 5-7 minutes each batch, or until cooked. Return to heatproof bowl.
3.Reduce heat to moderate. Cook sausages, turning, 8-10 minutes, or until browned and cooked. Transfer to a heatproof board; thickly slice. Add sausage and rocket to vegetable mixture.
4.Whisk yoghurt and paprika in a small bowl; season.
5.Serve salad with paprika yoghurt and lemon wedges.
