Very yummy sandwiches

Method

1.Hard-boil eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and cool. Shell eggs. Place eggs in a bowl with aioli, curry powder, salt and pepper. Mash.
2.Remove crusts from bread slices. Spread four slices with Dijon mustard. Divide ham evenly over the mustard. Spread egg on top of ham with a few rocket leaves.
3.Wash cucumber and slice finely. Place cucumber slices on top of rocket. Top with remaining bread slices. Press down lightly and cut to preferred size and shape.
