Ingredients

Method

1.Steam or boil potatoes 8 minutes, until tender. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, press a slice of prosciutto onto each piece of veal and top with a sage leaf. Secure with a toothpick.
3.In a frying pan, melt butter over high heat. Cook veal steaks in batches 2-3 minutes each side. Remove from pan and set aside to keep warm.
4.Add wine to pan and stir 1 minute, scraping any brown bits from base of pan. Season to taste. Serve veal with potatoes and spinach and spoon over sauce.
