Method

1.Place noodles in large heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water; separate with fork, drain.
2.Heat oiled wok; stir-fry vegetables, mushrooms and chilli until vegetables are tender. Add noodles and paste; stir-fry until hot.

Add harissa to taste as different brands vary in heat.
