2.Heat oil in large frying pan; cook onion and garlic, stirring, until onion is soft. Add mince; cook until browned. Add pepper and spices; stir until fragrant.
3.Add rind, juice, stock and tomatoes to pan; cook, stirring, over medium heat until most of the liquid is evaporated. Remove from heat; stir in pine nuts and herbs.
4.Place bread on oven trays; press mince mixture evenly over the top of the bread, leaving a 3cm border.
5.Cover pizzas with foil; bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil; bake another 10 minutes until browned lightly.
6.Serve cut into thick slices topped with combined yogurt and extra mint.
