Harissa style-dressing

Method

1.To make the harissa-style dressing: In a small pan, heat oil over medium heat, add garlic and seeds; cook, stirring, for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Stir in juice and vinegar.
2.Meanwhile, in a medium size bowl, combine salad ingredients; drizzle over dressing, toss gently to combine. Serve.

Not suitable to freeze. Not suitable to microwave. You can make the salad with fresh char-grilled tuna, if you prefer.
