Tuna and potato bake

This is a great way to make a delicious meal from ingredients found in the freezer and pantry.

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200C. Place potato wedges in an ovenproof dish and bake for 15 minutes until crispy.
2.Drain the tuna thoroughly and mix with the red onion, mayonnaise and most of the chives. Season with salt and pepper.
3.Spoon the tuna mix over the wedges, combining it slightly. Top with grated cheese and grill until cheese has melted.
4.Sprinkle over the remaining chives and serve with a crisp green salad.
