1.Scrub potatoes then wrap individually in foil. Place potatoes in a 180°C (160° fan forced) preheated oven and bake for 45-60 minutes or until tender. Stand potatoes in foil for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine contents of the soup mix, parmesan, sour cream and tuna in a bowl and mix gently. Unwrap potatoes and cut a deep cross in the top of each one. Spoon tuna mixture over hot potatoes and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve with salad if desired.
