Method

1.Combine all ingredients except the lettuce and bread in a large bowl. Toss salad gently.
2.Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter; top with tuna salad. Serve at once with bread.

Use ripe regular tomatoes instead of cherry. Canned tuna is a great source of omega-3 fatty acid. Add sliced black olives if you like. Use iceberg instead of butter lettuce.
