Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut tortillas into 6 wedges. Place on baking paper-lined baking trays. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 5-7 minutes, until golden. Cool.
2.In a serving bowl, combine chicken, mesclun salad, pear and pecans. Mix olive oil and vinegar in a small jug and toss through salad. Serve with parmesan crisps.
