Serve these delicious Thai spiced tofu patties on their own with a fresh salad, or upon toasted Turkish bread for a complete meal that will satisfy even the fussiest meat-eaters.
1.Place beans, tofu, breadcrumbs, onion, herbs, egg, teriyaki marinade and garlic in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add flour. Process until combined. Chill.
2.Heat oil in a medium frying pan on high. Spoon 1/3 cupfuls of mixture into pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side, until firm and golden. Drain on paper towel.
3.To make salsa: In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve patties topped with salsa on rolls, with extra salsa on the side.
If preferred, serve without roll, with salad and extra teriyaki marinade.
