Method
1.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry onion; 2-3 minutes, or until tender.
2.Add sugar, chilli, garlic and ginger; stir-fry a further 1 minute, or until mixture is fragrant and sugar dissolves.
3.Add capsicum, beans and lime leaves; stir-fry 1-2 minutes, or until vegetables are just tender.
4.Mix in rice, turkey and sauces; stir-fry 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. Stir in basil.
5.Serve in bowls and scatter with a few basil leaves. Accompany with lime wedges.
