Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.In a bowl, toss chicken in combined marinade, honey and garlic. Arrange in single layer on tray. Sprinkle with seeds. Bake 30-35 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
3.To make salad, combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with soy sauce and serve with chicken.
Use chopped pork rashers in place of wings, if desired.
