Method
1.Combine chicken, cornflour, 3tsp teriyaki marinade, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
2.Heat a wok over high heat. Add oil, swirl to coat base and sides. Stir-fry chicken, 1-2 minutes, or until browned. Add the pumpkin, stir-fry 1-2 minutes more, or until pumpkin is tender.
3.Add the bok choy and noodles. Stir-fry until bok choy begins to wilt. Remove from heat. Add remaining teriyaki marinade and toss to combine. Serve at once.
