Method
1.Heat a wok or large frying pan on high. Add sesame seeds. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until seeds are golden. Transfer to a bowl.
2.Heat half the oil in the same wok on high. Stir-fry chicken in 2 batches for 1-2 minutes, until browned. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
3.Heat remaining oil in the same wok on high. Stir-fry onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, until tender.
4.Add carrot, snow peas and sauces. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
5.Return chicken to wok with noodles and bok choy. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until heated through. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Remove sesame seeds from the wok immediately they are golden, as they can easily burn due to the retained heat.
