1.Preheat oven to 200°C.
2.In a baking dish, combine oil, zest, juice and tarragon. Add drumsticks, season to taste and toss to coat. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
3.Place potatoes in a microwave-safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high (100%) for 5 minutes, until par-cooked. Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray. Season to taste; bake for 40-45 minutes, until golden. Serve chicken with crisp potatoes and rocket salad.
