Salsa verde
Method
1.In a large bowl, toss together tomatoes and sprouts. In a jug, whisk together half the oil and lemon juice; season to taste. Set aside.
2.To make salsa verde, in a separate bowl, combine all ingredients.
3.Heat remaining oil in a large non-stick frying pan on high; cook swordfish 2-3 minutes each side, until golden and cooked to taste.
4.Drizzle dressing over salad; toss well. Serve swordfish topped with salsa verde, salad and lemon halves.
If a finer salsa verde is preferred, chop in a food processor or blender.
