Sweet chilli mayonnaise
Method
1.In a bowl, combine mince, onion, honey, garlic, chilli and spices. Season to taste and mix well.
2.Divide mixture into 4 flattened patties. Place on a tray and chill for 30 minutes.
3.Preheat a large frying pan or barbecue plate on high. Spray with oil and cook patties for 4-5 minutes each side, until cooked through.
4.To make the sweet chilli mayonnaise; combine all ingredients in a bowl.
5.Spread each roll with mayonnaise. Top with salad leaves and patty. Finish with beetroot, carrot, extra coriander and a dollop of mayonnaise.
It is important to cook minced meat all the way through to kill any bacteria.
