1.Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderately high heat. Add chicken; cook and turn for 10 minutes or until browned. Add sauces and 1/3 cup water; cook and stir for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked.
2.Combine salad mix, apple and half the onion in a large bowl. Whisk sour cream, salad cream and juice in a jug. Add sour cream mixture to coleslaw; toss to combine.
3.Divide salad among serving plates. Top with chicken and remaining onion. Serve.
Use chicken wings. Cut the wing at each joint; discard the tip. Chicken nibbles are a mixture of wingettes and drumettes. You’ll find them in the fresh chicken section at most supermarkets. For the kids: Swap sweet chilli sauce for sweet and sour sauce. Use pear instead of apple.
