2.In a large bowl, combine hoisin, soy, sugar and ginger; mix well. Add pork fillet, tossing to coat in marinade; chill 30 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, cook rice in a medium saucepan of boiling salted water 30-35 minutes, until just tender; drain well.
4.While rice is cooking, heat an ovenproof non-stick frying pan on high. Cook drained pork fillet (retain marinade) 4-5 minutes, turning, until sealed. Pour marinade over; simmer a further 1 minute.
5.Bake 8-10 minutes, until cooked to taste. Rest, covered, 5 minutes.
6.Slice and serve with rice and vegetables. Sprinkle with chilli and sesame seeds.
