Method
1.Combine pork, sauces, honey, sugar, sherry, five spice and garlic in a medium bowl.
2.Heat oil in a wok over high heat; stir-fry pork, in batches, until browned all over. Return all pork to wok; stir-fry until pork is cooked. Add gai lan; stir-fry until wilted. Remove from heat; stir in green onion.
3.Season to taste. Serve with lime wedges.
