Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F.
2.Combine paprika, 1 salt, sugar, pepper, lemon myrtle, cinnamon and maple syrup in a large bowl; add chicken drumettes, turn to coat in mixture.
3.Place drumettes, in a single layer, on an oiled wire rack in a large shallow baking dish; roast, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
