Method
1.Preheat grill to medium.
2.In a large bowl, combine char sui, honey and garlic. Add pork pieces, tossing to coat.
3.Place pork on a wire rack in a baking dish. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning and basting occasionally, until cooked through.
4.Serve with wok-tossed asian greens, green onions and steamed rice.
These ribs can also be cooked on the barbecue.
