Method
1.Prepare chips according to packet directions.
2.Meanwhile, melt 2 tablespoons of spread in a frying pan on high. Cook onion for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until brown. Remove from pan. Cook steaks in same pan for 1 minute each side.
3.Combine remaining spread and mustard in a small bowl. Cut baguette into 4 pieces and split each piece open.
4.Spread base of bread with mustard mixture and fill with rocket, steak and onion.
5.Season and serve with chips and extra mustard, if you like.
