1.Trim and discard stems then coarsely chop 250g (8 ounces) spinach. Steam spinach for 8 minutes or until tender; drain. Cool slightly; blend or process spinach with approximately 1 tablespoon breast milk or cooled boiled water until smooth. Give your child as much spinach purée as desired.
