Spiced lamb kebabs and burghul salad

There's no need to spend a long time cooking this healthy Moroccan meal. With chilli and cinnamon these lamb kebabs are flavoursome and go perfectly with the tasty burghul salad.

Method

1.Thread lamb and onion alternately onto skewers. Arrange in a deep baking dish. In a small jug, Combine oil and spices. Pour over lamb. Season to taste. Marinate at least 30 minutes, turning.
2.In a large bowl, combine burghul, craisins, almonds, oil and nutmeg. Season to taste. Cool slightly.
3.Preheat barbecue or char-grill pan on high. Cook kebabs 8-10 minutes, tuming, until cooked through. Toss parsley through salad and serve with kebabs.

To prepare burghul, place in a bowl and cover with just-boiled water. Soak 5 minutes, until water is absorbed.
