Method

1.Heat oil in medium saucepan; cook garlic until just changed in colour.
2.Add tomato, parsley, olives, anchovy, basil and chilli powder; cook, stirring, 3 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain.
4.Combine pasta in large bowl with sauce; toss gently.
