Method

1.Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium. Cook sausages 10 minutes, until cooked through. Set aside and keep warm.
2.Add silverbeet and juice to pan and cook 4 minutes, stirring, until silverbeet has wilted. Season to taste. Remove from heat.
3.Heat milk and water in a large saucepan until hot but not boiling. Slowly add polenta in a steady stream, stirring constantly. Cook on medium-low heat 5 minutes, stirring, until thick and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Season to taste and serve with sausages, silverbeet and tomato chutney.
