Smoky barbecued chicken pizzas

Give your leftover barbecued chicken a smoky twist on this flavoursome pizza topped with capsicum, mushroom, bacon, barbecue sauce and a touch of paprika.

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly dust 2 pizza trays with flour.
2.Place bases on trays. Spread with combined barbecue sauce and garlic.
3.Top evenly with chicken, capsicum, mushrooms and bacon. Srinkle with cheese and paprika.
4.Bake 15-20 minutes, until bases are golden and cheese melted. Top with basil leaves to serve.

Freeze chicken bones and carcass, and use to make your own stock.
