Method

1.Discard skin and bones from fish; flake fish into large bowl.
2.Combine juice, oil, mustard and honey in screw-top jar; shake well.
3.Add remaining ingredients and dressing to bowl with fish; mix gently.

We used butter beans in this recipe, but any canned white beans will do.
