Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Oil two oven trays.
2.Spread bases with tomato paste; top with sopressa and tomato.
3.Bake pizzas about 15 minutes. Just before serving, top with cheese.

We used large (25cm diameter) packaged pizza bases for this recipe.
