Method
1.Combine honey, hoisin sauce, chilli garlic sauce and ginger in a bowl. Add pork fillets and turn to coat well. Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
2.Preheat chargrill plate on medium. Brush with peanut oil. Remove pork from marinade. Chargrill for 15-20 minutes, turning and basting, until caramelised and cooked through.
3.Cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
