Sausage pizza
Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C.
2.Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium. Cook sausages for 10-15 minutes, turning, until browned and cooked through. Rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly.
3.Place pizza base on a pizza or baking tray. Spread with pizza sauce. Top with sausage slices, capsicum and bocconcini. Season to taste. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
4.Bake for 15-20 minutes, until base is crisp and cheese has melted. Cut into wedges and serve with salad, if desired.
Lebanese bread, a bread stick or pita bread may be used instead of pizza base.
