Method
1.Heat wok; stir-fry brown onion and bacon until bacon is crisp. Add curry powder; stir-fry until fragrant.
2.Add chicken, green onion, sauce, sherry and ginger; stir-fry to combine. Add noodles; stir-fry, tossing gently, until hot.
You need to purchase a large barbecued chicken weighing about 900g for this recipe.
