1.Boil, steam or microwave peas until just tender; rinse under cold water, drain. Combine peas in medium bowl with mint, basil, oil and juice.
2.Boil, steam or microwave potato until tender; drain. Using masher, roughly smash potato with butter in large bowl. Cover to keep warm.
3.Meanwhile, heat extra oil in large frying pan; cook fish, uncovered, until browned both sides and cooked as desired. Serve fish with smash and salsa.
