Method

1.Heat a large frying pan on medium. Spray with cooking oil. Reheat chicken schnitzel for 1-2 minutes each side. Cut each chicken piece in half.
2.Spread one side of each bun with barbecue sauce. Top with 2 lettuce leaves, tomato, chicken schnitzel and onion. Top with remaining half of bun. Serve with crispy chips if desired.

Crumbed, uncooked schnitzel can be frozen until required. Make sure the chicken meat has not been frozen before.
