Method

1.Spray sausages with oil. Heat a frying over moderate heat. Add sausages; cook and turn 5 minutes or until browned. Add garlic, tomatoes, 1/2 cup water, vinegar and sugar; cook, stirring, 8 minutes or until sauce thickens and sausages are cooked.
2.In a saucepan, cover potatoes with cold water. Bring to the boil. Boil 15 minutes or until tender. Drain; return potato to pan. Add pesto. Toss to coat.
3.Divide sausages among serving plates. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with potato and salad.

Serve with mash.
