Method
1.Heat half the oil in a frying pan on high. Saute mushrooms 3-4 minutes, until tender. Remove from pan.
2.Heat remaining oil in same pan. Saute onion and garlic 1-2 minutes, until onion is tender.
3.Add tomatoes, wine, tomato paste and sauce; season to taste. Bring to the boil on high. Reduce heat to low; simmer 4-5 minutes, until thickened slightly.
4.Stir sausage slices through; heat gently 2-3 minutes. Serve piled on toast, sprinkled with basil leaves.
