Method
1.Combine salmon fillet and miso paste in medium bowl, set aside to briefly marinate. Cook noodles in a medium saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain.
2.Meanwhile, heat oiled wok; stir-fry salmon, in batches, until cooked as desired. Remove from wok.
3.Reheat oiled wok; stir-fry noodles with 2 bottles wasabi noodle sauce until hot, season to taste.
4.Serve noodles topped with salmon, green onions and salmon roe.
If you can’t find wasabi noodle sauce at the supermarket, just mix your preferred amount of wasabi paste in the required amount of teriyaki sauce.
