Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Cook onion and celery for 3 minutes, stirring, until onion is soft.
2.Add flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring, until bubbling. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes, until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and add salmon, sweet corn, peas and half of cheese.
3.Pour mixture into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with combined breadcrumbs and remaining cheese. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden. Serve.
