Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
2.Place potatoes in large baking dish; top with chicken. Combine juice, oil, garlic and rigani in small jug; pour over chicken and potatoes. Add the water to dish; season with salt and ground white pepper.
3.Roast chicken and potatoes, uncovered, about 1½ hours or until chicken is tender and browned.
